As an MRO Stores Buyer Analyst, you will set up spare parts data, order parts, receive, store, and maintain appropriate spare parts inventory levels. You will interact with a broad range of customers, from maintenance leadership to MRO store customers, and support their parts needs with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented focus.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3 – 5+ years of MRO experience
- Oracle Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Forklift experience

What You’ll Do as an MRO Stores Buyer Analyst:
- Provide a friendly and supportive environment to support all maintenance and general facility needs
- Support and foster a safety culture that is engaged and focused on achieving “Zero Incidents”
- Lead by example by ensuring that all required PPE is worn to standard by the work area
- Live safety by identifying hazards, correcting harmful conditions, and improving our safety culture
- Complete all pre-use inspections to include forklift, crane, or heavy equipment
- Actively participate in safety discussions, help identify safety improvements, and support process improvement changes
- Initial/Remote Set-Up: upload spare parts data in CMMS and ensure information is correctly set up; place initial spare parts order and track inventory delivery/lead times; set up vendors in the system; submit POs to vendors; establish min/max levels and upload in CMMS; upload equipment list and set-up assist register in CMMS; ensure warranty information is set-up within CMMS upon initial contract establishment; maintain listing of suppliers and contact information; on-site set-up (Pre-CO); Pre-CO receipt and storage of spare parts; ensure incoming orders are accurate; reconcile parts ordered to parts received; review/approve spare parts invoices
- Execution of POs: estimated 75 per month (pending completion of updated analysis); service contract POs; preventative maintenance WOs (system generated) that will need a PO created; reactive repair WOs (Tech/MRO generated) that will need a PO created; spare parts ordering (PO Direct)
- PO Approvals through SOP; provide daily feedback on the status of POs to the Maintenance leadership team
- WO Updating: Review open WOs and update status to ready to receipt when work is physically completed; connect heavily with the Maintenance leadership team
- Support with initial efforts to tag assets within the building
- Complete checklists or collect data points for the Maintenance leadership team on the initial service program health
- Perform physical receipt of parts into the cage; perform inventory knitting
- Receipt Management: estimated 112 per month (1.5 x # of POs); complete receipting process for POs once WO’s have been updated to “ready to receipt” status; support month-end close reporting/management to process all completed work for that period
- Perform other tasks as assigned
