Overview:
Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Epic Professional Billing (PB) Application Analyst.

*** Location: 10920 Wilshire Blvd Ste 900, Los Angeles, CA 90024 (hybrid role)
*** Duration: 12 months contract w/ possibility of extensions
Notes:
- Shift: Mon Fri, 8:00 am 5:00 pm PT.
- Hybrid role: onsite work as needed.
Description:
- The Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.
- They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line.
- The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
- The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
- The analyst will document detailed procedures and workflows for transitioning after the assignment.
- The Analyst will be focused on supporting the implementation of a new billing office by supporting current day-to-day operations, projects, and other requests for build and optimization of current workflows.
Qualifications:
- Epic Professional Billing Certification.
- Experience with Charge Router/ Charge Router Charge Review, Charge Review.
- The following Master Files: Procedure (EAP), Fee Schedules (FSC), Fee Schedule Groups (FSG).
- Upgrade implementations.
