We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and execute projects focused on Network Security Solutions, specifically tailored to Automation Systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Control Systems, and SCADA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver projects involving Automation Systems, ensuring that all network security solutions are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Provide network administration expertise in key areas such as:
- Active Directory management
- Centralized Windows patch management
- Endpoint security solutions, including antivirus and application whitelisting
- Backup and disaster recovery systems (e.g., Veeam, Veritas, Acronis, Commvault)
- Network monitoring and management solutions
- Hirschman and CISCO switches and routers
- Firewalls (CISCO, FortiGate, Palo Alto)
- Virtualized systems, with a preference for experience in Hyper-V
- Conduct cybersecurity vulnerability risk assessments and provide recommendations based on standards like ISA 62443.
- Support DCS upgrades and other system services, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues on-site as needed.
- Prepare Bills of Material, technical documents (e.g., Functional and Detailed Design specifications), and site cutover plans.
- Work effectively both individually and as part of a team, often managing multiple projects simultaneously. Lead or contribute to large or complex projects, ensuring design appropriateness and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Provide ongoing support for upgrade projects and field service activities.
- Expect to travel approximately 30% of the time to various plant sites.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts and technologies, with experience in Industrial Control Systems, preferred.
- Maintain network and security certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Ability to coach and mentor team members.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
