A top tier law firm is looking for an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join their Boston team. The position works cohesively with a legal team in supporting prosecution trademark attorneys, assisting with responsibilities such as:
- Preparing and filing foreign and domestic trademark applications, statements of use, extensions of time, amendments to allege use, Sections 8&15 declarations, and other filings
- Drafting filing instructions for trademark applications and reporting deadlines to docketing and docket clearance
- Communicating with clients and associates with a high level of professionalism, reporting actions, deadlines, and providing accurate chart's of prosecution matters
- Summarizing office actions issues, relevant facts, and legal concepts for attorneys
- Assisting with TTAB proceedings and trademark litigation, including drafting and filing documents, maintaining pleadings, files, and docket, searching third party marks, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years in Trademark Prosecution
- Large law firm experience
- Knowledge of TTAB
- Experience with both foreign and domestic filing
This is a hybrid role and the team is open to considering a range of experience from junior to senior. Compensation commensurate with years of experience.
