About the Company:
We are currently assisting our industrial client with a search for a highly collaborative business partner to serve as their Human Resources Manager in Northwest Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the human resources processes within the plant and for working with managers and employees on labor and employment related issues to meet compliance with company policies and employment.
About the Role:
Takes a hands-on approach to implementing HR functions and initiatives and is a visible presence in the plant. Build and maintain ongoing, long-term relationships between leaders and teams; advocate and champion a productive working environment. Prepares and maintains employment records using human resources management information system software. Addresses employee relations issues and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Ability to communicate with hourly employees regarding performance reviews as well as identify and facilitate training opportunities for salaried employees. Support and conduct full cycle talent acquisition activities.

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
