Title: Client Partner/Account Manager (Financial & Wealth Management)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Assess Strategies:
- Formulate and implement account strategies to meet revenue targets in the financial services sector, with a focus on cloud services.
- Identify opportunities for growth and service diversification within existing accounts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including IT and business leaders up to the C-level suite.
- Monitor client satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- New Business Development:
- Create and negotiate new business proposals tailored to the needs of financial services clients, particularly in wealth and asset management.
- Drive the expansion of Capgemini's cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) and services within the client portfolio.
- Service Delivery and Quality:
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery by working closely with the Senior Account Management Team.
- Align with client’s vision and strategy to deliver market-leading cloud solutions and services.
- Serve as a demand management team member, collaborating with the Delivery Executive on staffing needs and recruitment.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Establish regular communication with client peers to position Capgemini as the partner of choice for cloud services.
- Assist in the preparation and response to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring high-quality submissions.
- Shape and close deals within the portfolio, managing the overall sales process from draft to final contract.
- Innovation and Alliances:
- Bring innovative cloud service ideas to the client, leveraging Capgemini's innovation fund.
- Maintain and build upon existing alliances with cloud service providers like AWS and Azure.
Required Skills:
- Industry Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry and sales, with a strong track record in business development and account/engagement management.
- Deep familiarity with financial services, specifically managing large financial services clients for at least 3+ years.
- Experience in the wealth and asset management sectors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency:
- Experience selling and delivering cloud services (AWS, Azure preferred) within the financial services domain is a strong plus.
- Strong orientation toward solution selling with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Relationship Building:
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
