Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Data Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.
About the Role:
This person will work in ICD and Service Now integration. They will be following up on work orders, working with customers to schedule work, providing oversight of deployment level.
Analyzes current operational functions and offers and implements improvements. Maintains databases and extracts data for analysis. Run and review reports, analyzing results in support of operational functions.
Responsibilities:
- Good organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.
- Ability to use complex mathematical calculations and understand mathematical and statistical concepts.
- Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.
- Ability to acquire or knowledge of ICD9/CPT4 coding.
Qualifications:
- Able to work onsite in Columbia, SC
- Must be able to obtain C2 Clearance
Required Technologies:
Experience with Service Now, Excel, IBM/ICD, Outlook
