We are looking for a President of Franchise Operations who will lead excellence in operations across our Sport Clips franchise system, support all franchise system operations, and foster growth across our franchise network.
Scope:
As a key member of the Leadership Team, the President of Franchise Operations reports directly to the CEO & President. This role demands a time-conscious yet hands-on approach to getting things done, working closely with the CEO & President, Chief Development Officer, President of Company Stores, Regional Directors, and Area Developers. The Sr. Director of Field Operations will report to this position. Your primary responsibility will be to support franchisees through effective execution of brand standards and operating initiatives, ensuring operational excellence across 1,700+ stores.
Key Criteria/Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Ten plus years in a franchised or multi-unit environment, including at least three years in senior management.
- Influence and Motivation: Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, motivate, hold accountable, and positively influence franchise partners to achieve targeted financial and operational results.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills with the ability to articulate specific contributions that have resulted in financial success or growth.
- Project Management: Proven leadership in managing and implementing complex, long-term projects and programs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems, and communicate clearly.
- Team Building: Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.

- Ops Team Development: Built, led, and developed Operations Teams that operate with excellence at scale and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Impressive Operations Background: Direct operations and franchise experience with outstanding performance in a sizable multi-unit retail/food/services sector.
