We are seeking a Dispatch Specialist to join our team.
As a Disptach Specialist you will be responsible for reviewing kiosk cash and card inventory statuses daily and to take appropriate action when attention is needed for cash pick and /or card refills. This includes follow up for missed cash pick ups by AC to escalate for responses, working with staff for technical support when needed and to assist with review and processing monthly AC vendor.
Key Experience Needed:
● Two years working in an office environment. Previous scheduling, dispatching or logistics
experience preferred.
● Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
● Ability to work efficiently to completed assigned work with or without close supervision
● Intermediate skills with MS Excel, Google Documents
● Will use MS Office Suite, Zendesk, HubSpot, Google, project management software, internal systems and databases, vendor software portals
Position Responsibilities:
Review status of kiosks and dispatch assigned AC as required. Daily monitor kiosk inventories of cards, paper, and cash. Take action when needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
● Focused attention and follow up to AC escalations to achieve cash pick up completion. Works with the AC contact, Service Account Managers, dispatch team and Operations leadership to create solutions when required.
● Update internal systems with relative dispatch details and status.
● Ensure dispatch efficiency through appropriate interaction with Armored Services Analyst and schedule/on demand analysis.
● Monitor schedules and frequencies, submit changes prior to the first of each month as required to continuously remain efficient.
● Assist with processing monthly AC invoices for payments and disputed charges.
● Verify that kiosks are prepared for the cash volume of upcoming events, holidays, and
anticipated seasonal or weekend sales velocity.
● Work with the Logistics Coordinator as needed to complete new installs with armored carriers.
● Conduct general and clerical office tasks as needed.
● Assist with coordination of meetups of AC and Technical Support when needed.
● Assist with AC projects, kiosk onboarding and exits with carriers.
● Understand cash processing steps after AC has swept cash and support Finance investigations
as required for reconciliations.
