About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter to support our growing team! This is a full-time role where you will be driving the talent agenda for assigned business unit(s) and ensure an “employee first” culture, high engagement levels and differentiated people outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
The scope of work shall include but is not limited to
Responsible for handling employee relations
Working closely with Business leaders to drive talent priorities, in line with org priorities
Establishing deep people connect across levels, tracking trends w.r.t. employee pulse; accordingly designing
& implementing regional level HR interventions to improve employee engagement levels and morale
Contributing to development and implementation of org level HR initiatives
Driving adherence to HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Ensuring compliance with all employment/ labor laws through proactive practices, investigations and actions, reducing legal risk for the organization
Driving timely reporting and review of key people matrices with key stakeholders

Other key requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.A/BS in Human Resources or related fields) / HR Certification
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a technology environment
