Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Studies Coordinator to join our Photoprotection – US Clinical & Instrumental Evaluation Intelligence Team. In this role, you will coordinate Suncare studies for regulated Over-the-Counter (OTC) products, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion. You will collaborate closely with Development Labs, including Skin, Makeup, and Application Domains, as well as safety and regulatory teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study Coordination: Collaborate with the Photoprotection Evaluation Intelligence Team to understand forecasts and deadlines, ensuring timely initiation of Suncare testing.
- Vendor Management: Contact Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to coordinate testing timelines, manage sample submissions, provide shipping details, and track testing progress.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain and update the testing tracker, communicate results and study statuses to internal partners, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to provide necessary documentation and support for studies.
- Documentation Management: Record processes and documents on SharePoint, Milor, and other internal systems.
- Issue Management: Effectively communicate issues and risks within the Photoprotection Evaluation Intelligence Team.
- Results Reporting: Report study results and review draft reports for finalization.
- Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative and routine tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in cosmetics skincare, OTC product testing, or clinical research preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in coordinating product testing with external vendors is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with photoprotection products is a plus but not required.
