The Senior Technical Recruiter leads and manages the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and business partners to attract, screen, and hire top talent. This role ensures an efficient and effective hiring process through innovative sourcing strategies, data management, and continuous process improvement, while also mentoring team members to enhance overall recruitment capabilities. With in-depth knowledge of technology (I.T.) profiles and tech stacks, the Senior Technical Recruiter excels in recruiting for technical roles. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong candidate network through personal connections, industry organizations, educational institutions, and social media platforms.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Strategic Recruitment and Sourcing Strategies: Build and sustain strong relationships with hiring managers to devise and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing methods. Ensure the delivery of diverse and qualified candidate slates. Maintain regular follow-ups to align staffing plans with organizational needs. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and maintain strong stakeholder management to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Technology Profiles: Possess in-depth knowledge of technology profiles and tech stacks, enabling effective recruitment for technical roles.
- Data Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS tools to ensure accurate and comprehensive record-keeping for all recruitment activities and employment decisions. Provide pipeline updates, conversion metrics, and adhere to recruiter KPIs.
- Expertise and Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment best practices, technology utilization, and process improvement. Mentor and guide team members to foster their professional development and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Offer Negotiation: Experience in negotiating complex offers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the candidate and the organization.
- Talent Networking: Develop and sustain a robust network of candidates through various channels, including personal networking, industry organizations, educational institutions, and social media platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a high-touch, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive interaction at every stage.
