We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Coordinator to support our our client's investment team. Based in New York City, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to the investment process and work alongside seasoned professionals in financial services. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the investment team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between investment team members, clients, and external partners.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Manage and track deal flow and investment pipeline, ensuring all documents and data are accurately maintained and updated.
- Conduct initial research and analysis on investment opportunities, market trends, and industry developments.
- Support the investment team in preparing for meetings, investor presentations, and client communications.
- Assist in coordinating due diligence efforts and managing data rooms for potential investments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with good grades
- 3-5 years of experience supporting investment teams within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment processes, and asset classes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
