Responsibilities:
- Operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair robotic hydro blasting equipment
- Operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair drive units, electronics motors and hydraulic lines
- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation
- Use blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand equipment specifications and repair instructions
- Identify parts needed for repair
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing alternatives and evaluating risks
- Conduct instrument calibrations and carry out predictive maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Travel for work as needed
- Operate forklifts
- Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment necessary for maintenance tasks

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year experience with industrial shop maintenance
- High school or GED degree. Experience may be substituted for formal education
- Experience in industrial shop maintenance
- Strong maintenance skills
- Hydro blast robot equipment knowledge and experience
- Blast systems knowledge and experience
- Experience in working on drive units, electronics motors and hydraulics lines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid TX drivers license
