We are seeking multiple full-time Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD.) to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs to meet the growing needs of our clients. This is your opportunity to join a winning team that values our staff and is focused on delivering the highest quality care to our clients.
As a key member of our team, you will be able to curb-side with medical providers on the care being delivered to shared clients and have your voice heard. You will be able to make solid recommendations to the medical counterparts for enhanced treatment modalities such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

- Duties will include:
- Work collaboratively with the medical providers to manage caseload needs
- Practice to the highest level of licensure
- Manage the therapy needs of clients regardless of the client’s gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected group
- Ability to manage clients from children to the elderly
- Create treatment plans using evidenced based practices as guideline
- Be able to offer both individual & group therapy
- Manage progress notes and encounters in AdvancedMD E.H.R.
- Always adhere to all Confidentiality and HIPAA rules and regulations
- Customer service, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are great attributes
- Must be reliable, excellent at multi-tasking, flexible and very customer service oriented.
- Hours are: Flexible (Mon - Fri)
- Work from in-office, from home or a mix of both.
- Compensation: $58,440 to $67,700
- Additional benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + 5% match, $1,500 towards CE
Minimum education: Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree with at least 1-year experience. Colorado State License required.
