We are working with a growing AmLaw firm seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of labor and employment law experience to join their esteemed team. As an integral member of their firm, you will have the opportunity to work with top clients on a diverse range of matters, including but not limited to, structuring restrictive covenants, evaluating employment compliance strategies, drafting executive employment agreements, and representing clients in high-stakes litigation cases.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience with representing clients in litigation matters, including whistleblower complaints, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination claims.
• JD from a T-50 law school or graduated top 25% of their class.
