Our client, an AmLaw top firm, is seeking a mid-level ECVC Associate for their Austin office.
Base compensation ranges from $235k-$365k, depending on class year. Firm offers excellent benefits and bonuses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years supporting mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity at a peer firm (AmLaw top 50 or elite boutique).
- J.D. from a top 20 law school, with excellent academic credentials.
