Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Recruiter role will be responsible for delivering the highest level of recruiting and staffing services to hiring managers and the agency. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, professional-level candidates and advance the brand across numerous markets and professional communities. This part-time position is located in Richland, WA.
Pay range: $22.53 – $48.74

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting duties, including sourcing, posting jobs, and candidate screening.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large.
- Networking & identifying possible candidates and encouraging them to apply for job openings.
- Screening resumes – Requires an incredible attention to detail in order to articulate highly complicated position descriptions.
- Posting jobs – Accurately in a timely manner.
- Phone calls and emails with hiring supervisors/managers and HR team.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Must have used WORKDAY for recruiting.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art recruiting methods including internet and non-traditional methods of sourcing candidates.
- Strong abilities to analyze applicant’s qualifications in relation to job requirements and to determine a suitable match for the job.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and identities.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must be resourceful, innovative, adaptable and flexible to effectively respond to changing conditions and demands.
- High level of interpersonal skills including insight and ability to match individual strengths to job requirements.
- Skilled in the use of computerized databases and system, including MS Office, WORKDAY, and the internet.
- Great customer service & strong communication skills.
- Online and offline recruiting and selection experience is desired.
- Experience networking and building relationships.
- Experience in recruitment/staffing.
