DESCRIPTION:
TTG Talent Solutions is supporting a prominent MRO aerospace company responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CFM56 engines, ensuring they meet safety standards and are in optimal operating condition. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safety Compliance: Knowledgeable in safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment during maintenance tasks.
- Reading and Interpreting Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work scope related to engine maintenance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed accurately and according to specifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues during maintenance and repair processes.
- Engine Assembly and Disassembly: Proficient in assembling and disassembling engines/modules as required for maintenance and repairs.
- Aircraft Maintenance and Repairs: Skilled in performing maintenance and repairs on aircraft engine parts/modules in accordance with current manufacturer manuals and safety standards.
- Tool and Equipment Utilization: Proficient in using all required tools and equipment specific to the assigned area of responsibility.
- Work Area Maintenance: Capable of maintaining clean and organized work areas, buildings, and equipment utilized for engine maintenance.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Ability to properly record work performed on the appropriate maintenance records, ensuring accurate tracking of maintenance activities.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other technicians and engineers to achieve maintenance goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Power plant license preferred
- Experience with Quantum software
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (FAA requirement)
- Possess a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Flexible with hours, including overtime and weekends
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Energetic self-starter with a positive attitude
- Diligent and proactive team member
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects
- Authorized to work legally in the United States
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing due to safety-sensitive position regulations.
