Project Coordinator/Project Administrator
Large Retail Client
Contract: EOY+, but they want to convert this person to FTE
Hybrid 3x/week onsite in: Mooresville NC OR Harrisburg PA
Pay: $20-$25hr W2
On a W2 basis ONLY (no corp to corp or 1099)
Top requirements:
- Experience in project coordination, project admin, project liaison. Marketing Coordinator or PM at an agency would have this skills - but they don't have to have done that, just would be the right track if we found someone like that)
- Strong MS Office skills - including Excel, PowerPoint.
- Detail oriented (strong attention to detail), organized and likes to work with data, tracking data, etc.
- This person must be highly-engaged, strong, positive and personable personality.
- Plus: Power BI experience or knowledge
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

- Plus: PR/Comm/Marketing degree, marketing, PR, Comm intern experience

Specialist Role/Responsibilities:
-Review and manage the contract data in the portal and make sure everything is accurate and approved. Will reach out to manufacturer is anything is needed, pending, etc.
-Liaise with the Banners owners for each brand to validate and confirm the information in the contract is correct before sending it off to other teams to execute the campaign.
-There could be up to 50 contracts in the portal at a time that have to be processed so need to be able to multi-task and balance all stages of each contract.
-Making sure the output it going to the right places for shopper marketing.
-Tracking data to run proof of performance metrics to assess how the marketing program is running performance wise, etc.
-Responsible for tracking financial commitments from manufacturers.
-Lots of financial processing- taking data that other people have given them and putting it together in a way that makes sense and presents well.
-Responsible for processing UPC codes
-Overall lots of data entry and tracking of data sources, verifying data, tracking down correct data, etc.
-This person must be highly-engaged, strong, positive and personable personality. This person has to be the messenger at times and sometimes they have to deal with the frustrations that are misdirected at them. Need the strong backbone and attitude that knows how to not take things too personal and has a "can do" attitude.
