Iris's client , one of the world's largest financial institution is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a long term opportunity in Jersey City.
Location-Jersey City (Hybrid -3 days)
The role is open for W2 and Self Incorporation only.
Business Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting OR OTC Derivatives (first preference is BA with accounting experience).
- Knowledge of Operations processing is a plus.
- Good analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with both business and technology people. Needs to be able to understand BRD’s and to write FRD’s. May need to review functional documentation and to update it.
- Prior experience with a Financial firm.
- Willing to respond to user queries in order to gain application knowledge
Technical Skills
- Ability to understand and write SQL statements to query databases. Any prior development experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prior experience working with data flows across multiple system
