Summary of Responsibilities
Performs broad administrative and staff support duties for the organization
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, documents, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets, and generate reports as required by management.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, including arranging facilities and equipment as needed.
Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing expense reports, tracking budgets, accounts payable and reconciling accounts.
Provide support for various projects, including research, data collection, and preparing presentations or reports.
Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Manages front desk and directs visitors
Administer recognition program and rewards
Arrange corporate meals; set up and clean up committees, and other tasks associated with hosting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience
Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
High school diploma, 0 to 1 years of experience
