As our client’s Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials and products. You’ll be essential in maintaining smooth operations within a dynamic and innovative environment.
~ Top Requirements of the Shipping & Receiving Specialist ~
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Shipping & Receiving.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with QAD is a plus.
- Knowledge of freight carriers' online portals (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.

- Handle the receipt and processing of raw materials and supplies, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP system.
- Manage domestic and international shipping documentation and coordinate timely dispatch and pickup of products.
