Official Title: Operation Specialist

Location: Hybrid at our Bellevue, WA office
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and submitting promotional deals: Ensure that the promotional needs collected within the team are communicated timely and accurately with the platform account manager to facilitate effective promotional activities.
- Handling and escalating complex cases: Communicate/collaborate with relevant platform teams to ensure escalated issues are effectively resolved.
- Interfacing with new platform projects: Establish a communication mechanism with platform leaders to ensure the internal team can smoothly participate in and execute pilot projects.
- Acquiring new resources from the platform: Proactively understand and assess new resources offered by the platform, and according to the strategic needs of the team, negotiate with the platform account manager to obtain corresponding resource support to enhance the team's market competitiveness.
- Other matters: Flexibly respond to the team's temporary and special task needs, provide necessary support and services to ensure the smooth achievement of team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing/Business Analysis
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese
- Experience in sales operations is preferred, and experience with the Amazon platform is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different departments.
- Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Able to handle a certain level of work pressure, proactive & strong sense of responsibility.

【For Pay Transparency】
The total salary package for this position in the selected city is $67,000 - $85,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses.
