Remote Regional Education Director - Permanent- Fully remote within US
Proclinical is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and outgoing individual to join an Educational Program Development team as a Regional Education Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves managing regional meetings, recruiting collaborating institutions, and maintaining and expanding our internal database of contacts within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will focus on cultivating new relationships and strengthening existing ones to ensure the success of our meetings.
The Remote Regional Education Director's responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the placement of virtual and in-person meetings with appropriate hosts/institutions for assigned projects.
- Cultivate new relationships by identifying the appropriate contacts at local hospitals, institutions, health systems, and state chapters.
- Reach out to new potential contacts via various communication channels to establish relationships.
- Expand existing relationships through dialogue around higher-level collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain existing host relationships and coordinate meeting placement within our current network of contacts.
- Promote valuable and engaging educational interventions, resulting in positive feedback from hosts and attendees.
- Establish trust and create a cohesive relationship with partnering organizations by providing timely and accurate communications about the activity's status.
- Participate in internal activity kick-off meetings, outlining each activity's unique specifications and establishing a clear plan for appropriate placement of the meetings.
- Travel to live meetings, as needed, to further develop host relationships and assist with onsite meeting execution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to partnering organizations, senior management, and supporter liaisons at required intervals and upon request.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding and use of Microsoft Office and G-Suite (Google Apps).
Compensation:
- $95,000 to $100,000 per annum.
