Unique retail venue is looking for an Operations Manager who is professional, has excellent communication skills (Spanish/English), as well as strong customer focused kills.
The Operations Manager will see to maximize business results, looking for continuous improvement with vendor revenue reconciliation; collections; payroll; purchasing; invoice processing; employee scheduling and facility management.
Main responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed annual budget targets.
- Explore methods to increase vendor sales, seeking opportunities for the vendors.
- Day-to-day management of location; perform daily site inspections; conduct safety meetings regularly.
- Monitor employee & customer feedback and translate into action that will minimize risk.
- Maintain oversight for site operating systems, alarms, surveillance, repairs and maintenance, equipment, work processes and provide recommendations for change.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Ensure the business is operated in a safe manner for our customers and members.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.
- Minimum 2-5 years management experience in retail or hospitality, preferably a high-level guest services environment managing multiple shifts with over ten employees.
