What you'll be working on * Communicating by email, phone, and video call with our partners about marketing material, incentives, reporting on the adoption success, sharing best practices, answering questions * Scheduling and coordinating webinars with and for the Marketing and Events teams * Tracking invoices and payments in collaboration with Accounting * Developing and maintaining operations processes using tools like Excel and Smartsheet Responsibilities * Support the team in communicating with partners * Managing webinar calendars, confirming speakers and attendees * Ensuring invoices are sent on time and payments are received and recorded * Creating standardized templates and workflows to optimize daily tasks * Pulling data from various sources and running reports * Request vendor payment forms
Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales * Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills * Proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel * Experience using project management or other tools like Smartsheet * Attention to detail and ability to multitask across different tasks
100% remote, will work CST hours only looking for candidates in CST/EST 8:30-4:30 CST
