HSM specializes through its subsidiaries, in the manufacturing of components for furniture, bedding, transportation, packaging, automotive, and healthcare industries. We also design and construct automated production machinery for these industries. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
- Handle general inquiries via email and ensure messages are relayed accurately.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.
- Inform employees of visitor arrivals and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate to clients and customers.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Use JD Edwards software to manage and update records as assigned by Manager.
- Other duties assigned by Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in professional business setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in JD Edwards software is a plus.
