Executive Administrative Coordinator $65-75k salary
Hybrid Schedule 1-2 days WFH

Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Support the Director with HR tasks, including new employee setup and budget management.
- Manage office communications, petty cash, office services, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle supply orders, shipping, mail, scheduling, and travel plans.
- Coordinate vendor relations, staff events, and building maintenance.
- Perform general office duties like document preparation, filing, and spreadsheet creation.
Executive & Committee Support:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Committee, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.
- Manage Executive Committee lists, meeting schedules, and assist with new member orientation.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and organize conferences.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred; 3+ years of executive level support experience.
- Experience in travel arrangements and accounts payable is a plus.
