Life Sciences Transactions Associate Attorney
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a Life Sciences Transactions Associate for its Miami, DC, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, New York, and Chicago offices. This position will compensate between $310-$420K annually for the following locations: NY, CA, IL or DC.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience representing life sciences companies, which includes drafting and negotiating pharma and biotech collaborations and licensing deals.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating operational agreements for life sciences companies.
- JD with strong academic credentials required.
- Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.
- Strong client-interfacing skills; team focused.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
