The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position involves coordinating crews, enforcing safety protocols, and liaising with various stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise utility and excavation teams on-site
- Coordinate project schedules, equipment, and material needs
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory standards
- Manage budgets and ensure projects stay on track
- Collaborate with subcontractors and project managers to resolve issues
- Review project plans and troubleshoot on-site challenges
Qualifications:
