Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative, seasonal, and customized menus that reflect the luxury and exclusivity of our venue.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including planning, preparation, and execution for events of varying sizes and themes.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to all health regulations.
- Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to achieve financial objectives without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators to customize menus and ensure a seamless integration of food and service.
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients into our offerings.
- Conduct regular tastings and quality checks to maintain consistency and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end event venue.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair and a passion for innovation in the kitchen.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen operations, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with event planners, clients, and staff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
