The Senior IT Solutions Architect will focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business System Applications, overseeing technical support, integrations, and server management. This role collaborates with Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Payroll, and Analytics teams to promote the standardization and optimization of business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design solutions for HR, Finance, and Supply Chain using platforms like Infor/Lawson and Workday HCM.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards.
- Provide architecture guidance, road maps, and standards to deliver stable, effective IT systems.
- Work with SMEs to support clinical and business system requirements.
- Mentor the team and manage broader enterprise-level projects.
- Analyze technologies and trends to make innovative recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate on project management efforts.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of healthcare IT experience, with a focus on ERP solutions.
- Expertise in cloud/hybrid-cloud design and ERP system workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with certifications in ITIL and IT Architecture.
- Strong communication skills and experience in healthcare IT environments.
Certifications in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Architecture are required.
