Nurse Director, Operating Room
A local Health system is looking for a Nurse Director for their Surgical Services. This a Large Sized Community Hospital that has around 12 OR Rooms with a total of 9600 surgeries per year. Surgeries range from Neurology, Spine, Bariatrics, General, Orthopedics, Robotics, Urology and Podiatry. Exciting time to join with increased volume of surgeries AND newer Surgical Department!

- Nurse Director of Surgical Services recently promoted to AVP Surgical Services. Philosophy is servant and democratic leader to her team and staff.
- This position reports to AVP of Perioperative Services who is an excellent leader that is transparent, fair, effective and progressive thinker.
- Robust team in place that supports the Nurse director. Staff have a lot of longevity and are excited to embrace a new nurse leader.
- Progressive equipment and advanced technology in their suites that normally would be found in large hospital settings.
- A recent department renovated for Surgical Services!!
- Have partnered with a hospital known to be the best in the tri-state region for their brain and spine surgeries. Very robust joint replacements program
NURSE DIRECTOR, OPERATING ROOM
Salary Range & Medical Benefits:
- Salary range: $110,000 to $160,000; Performance Evaluation Bonus.

Requirements:
- Valid Nursing license
- Recent Experience in Operating Room for at least 3 years.
- Leadership experience for 2yrs or more as team lead, running the board or nurse manager role in Perioperative Services.
