They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Employment Litigation Partner to join the team and lead the employment litigation group.
As an Employment Litigation Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of employment litigation cases, from inception through resolution. You will work closely with clients, providing strategic legal advice and representation in a variety of employment-related disputes. This role requires a deep understanding of employment law, strong litigation skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of associates.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California state bar and in good standing.
- 6+ years of experience in employment litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong litigation skills, including trial and appellate experience.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Strong business development acumen and a proven ability to attract and retain clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
