An industry leading technology company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their growing legal team. This position will focus mainly on transactional matters including commercial agreements. The Commercial Counsel will report directly into the General Counsel and have great visibility across all senior business executives. The Commercial Counsel will be responsible for:
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts such as vendor, supply, IT, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Advising on corporate and compliance regulations impacting the industry.
- Partnering with Outside Counsel on employment and litigation matters.
The Commercial Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree; a member and in good standing of any state bar.
- 3+ years of experience either inhouse or at a law firm.
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
