Technology Manager – New York City – $120,000 to $140,000

They are currently seeking a Technology Manager to oversee and enhance the technological infrastructure that supports the guest experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment
- Experience supporting IT operations within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory Services
- Proficiency with IT ticketing systems
- Strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware architecture
- Proven experience in administering end-user operating systems (Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite, and Apple iOS)
- Previous experience in site IT administration, including vendor and contractor management
