I’m a busy CEO and mum juggling multiple responsibilities, and I’m looking for a personal assistant who can help me manage my demanding life. The right person for this role will bring a blend of organization, care, and energy to help me excel both at work and at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of my calendar, ensuring meetings, appointments, and events are smoothly coordinated, so I can stay focused on what matters most.
- Handle school pick-ups and after-school activities for my kids, making sure they’re safe, happy, and where they need to be on time.
- Manage household tasks like shopping, bills, and meal prep, keeping everything running like clockwork.
- Make sure my girls are well-prepared for school—homework done, healthy lunches packed, and everything organized for the day ahead.
- Work closely with my broader team—including my personal brand manager, PR team, leadership team, founders, and investors—to ensure I’m prepared and in the right place at the right time.
- Organize travel plans down to the last detail, so I can focus on the journey and not the logistics.
- Coordinate speaking engagements with my PR team, ensuring everything aligns perfectly.
You Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working as a personal assistant for a busy executive.
- Previous experience working with school aged children.
