HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks an experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager licensed as a Registered Dietitian, RD for a leadership role at a 16-bed residential treatment facility in Cleveland, OH, specializing in eating disorders.
- Clinical Nutrition Manager will work Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Clinical Nutrition Manager willcoveron-call coverage for nutrition and culinary needs
- Clinical Nutrition Manager will cover on-call rotations for holidays and weekends
- Clinical Nutrition Manager will provide administrative leadership, supervision, and training to registered dietitians, dietetic technicians, and cooks
- Clinical Nutrition Manager will function as a member of the leadership team
- Clinical Nutrition Manager will adhere to nutritional and culinary policies, external regulatory standards, and payor requirements
- Clinical Nutrition Manager will participate in the hiring, training, professional development, and retention of the team
- Clinical Nutrition Manager will collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the overall quality of patient nutrition services
- Clinical Nutrition Manager will provide high-quality guidance and direction around nutrition to clients and their families/community
Clinical Nutrition Manager Requirements:
- Licensed Dietitian in the state of OH
- Commissions on Dietetic Registration – Registered Dietitian (required)
- ServSafe Certified Manager (required)
- Must have a valid driver’s license for the state of OH
- Current Basic Life Support certification required (AHA)) within 30 days from the date of hire
