A well-established law firm in Long Island, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Financing & Leasing Associate Attorney, to join its dynamic team at their head office. This client is a full service law firm, recently accredited with 'Best Lawyers' 2024 rank, boasting a headcount of over 125 Attorneys. We are looking for a skilled attorney with 3-5 years of experience in real estate financing and leasing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling complex transactions, representing lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants in a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate financing and leasing agreements
- Representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties
- Managing and closing real estate financing transactions
- Advising clients on real estate financing structures and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with other attorneys and departments to provide comprehensive legal services
What they need:
- J.D. from an accredited law school & Licensed to practice law in New York
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate financing and leasing
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
