We are seeking a sharp, personable, and organized Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Scaled Account Management and Onboarding programs. This role will require a unique combination of skills including creative problem solving, data analysis, and client relationship management.
The operations Coordinator will need to execute and contribute to robust and streamlined processes and execute fiercely with a customer-first mentality.
What you'll do:
- Support Grocery & Retail Operations and Commercial teams through merchant relationship management, merchant onboarding, and cross functional projects
- Act as a liaison between client and Grocery/Retail merchants, using creative problem solving to connect the dots between client’s business goals and sustainable merchant growth
- Leverage relationships with client’s merchant partners to drive new product and feature adoption
- Be responsible for the efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy of merchant setup throughout the Onboarding process
- Partner with Sales teams to create a best-in-class merchant experience during the Onboarding process
- Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for program initiatives
- Be an client subject matter expert and find proactive resolutions to merchant pain points
- Respond to merchant issues both over email and over phone promptly
- Report and escalate to management as needed
What you'll need:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Great communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
- An interest in and passion for client.
- Demonstrated background in solving complex customer problems
- Strong level of autonomy
- Flexibility and a willingness to help with every change of the business
