Position Overview:
The Intersect Group is seeking a Solution Center Analyst (IT help desk) for one of our largest clients in the Atlanta area. This Analyst will provide phone and application support to end users. This position has 4 different shifts and will be onsite 5 days a week. This is a 6 month contract position.
Required Skills & Experience:
- CompTIA A+ Certification REQUIRED
- 4+ years help desk/IT support experience
- Work in a Citrix environment
- 2+ years Active Directory experience
- Exposure to AirWatch
- Ability to handle up to 40 tickets per day
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a Healthcare setting
- 1 year of experience in a network operation center
- 1 year of experience in network and system administration
- Epic knowledge
- Cisco knowledge (from NOC)
Work Hours:
- 4 different shifts
- Sunday-Thursday (7a-3:30pm)
- Tuesday-Saturday (7a-3:30pm)
- Sunday-Thursday (2pm-10:30pm)
- Tuesday-Saturday (6a-2:30pm)
