Title: Sr. UX Designer
Location: Hybrid, 2 days/week in Lake Forest, IL or Chicago, IL (downtown)

Salary $120-140k + bonus potential
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- Formal education in Human Centered Design, Design Methods, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in information design, UX design, usability, and accessibility
- Proficiency in responsive web design best practices
- Experience visualizing complex data and creating Infographics
- Experience using and contributing to pattern libraries and comprehensive design systems
- Strong proficiency in Figma, UX and component libraries
- Work sample or portfolio that demonstrates expertise in product design

Day to Day
Support our client's Insights team in building robust reporting tools and actional dashboards. You will use well-developed interaction and visual design skills to create software with robust filtering capabilities allowing our users to search, consume, and manipulate data. This data is used by our seller's to formulate a selling strategy when interacting directly with customers. This is a full-spectrum UX interaction design role - from research and solution design to final UI deliverables and testing. You will be working with agile sprint teams with an emphasis on team collaboration.
Compensation:
$120,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary.
