Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Survey Manager to oversee and manage survey projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in survey design, data collection, and data analysis. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing survey teams, and ensuring that all survey activities are conducted in accordance with established protocols and timelines. Your role will also involve developing and implementing survey methodologies, analyzing survey data, and presenting findings to senior management. You should be proficient in using survey software and statistical analysis tools, and have excellent communication and project management skills. The Sr. Survey Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our survey projects provide accurate and actionable insights that drive decision-making and strategic planning. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

What You Will Do:
- Design and develop survey methodologies and instruments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define survey objectives and requirements.
- Manage survey teams and oversee data collection activities.
- Ensure all survey activities are conducted in accordance with established protocols.
- Analyze survey data and present findings to senior management.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate survey findings into strategic planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of survey projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with survey projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of survey methodologies and best practices.
- Use survey software and statistical analysis tools proficiently.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to survey teams.
- Continuously improve survey processes and methodologies.
- Coordinate with client representatives primarily on job sites
- Identify hazardous situations and apply safety procedures and company standards.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
- Equipment and tools you will use: Total Station, GPS Levels, Rods, Field Books, Machetes, Computers, Data
- Collectors, Vehicles (Trucks, 4-wheel Off-Road Vehicles and Small Boats)
What You Need To Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geospatial Mapping, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in survey management.
- Proficiency in survey software and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Experience in developing and implementing survey methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of ethical standards and regulations related to survey research.
- Experience in managing budgets and timelines.
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
- $120,000 - $130,000
- Final offer of compensation to successful candidate will depend on qualifications and experience.
