Job Title: Workplace Service Coordinator
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204 (5 days a week in office)
Duration: 12 months (possible extension)
Looking for
Really needing someone focused on hospitality and to not have to work through getting them up to speed on basic hospitality skills. We are needing someone who picks up on tasks quickly and can prioritize tasks quickly.
Must have skills: Hospitality (high level)
Teachable skills: The platforms we use for our job
Optional skills: Spanish speaking
What a day looks like
Open/close our welcome desk with our guest registration iPads, checking in guests, customers, and visitors with heightened hospitality and security. We also issue temporary badges to employees that have forgotten their badge. In the day we may also fill out work orders for building and elevator access, work orders for different facility's needs, move furniture around for an event, handle catering coming in, assisting facilities and events teams with tasks.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced, versatile Workplace Services Coordinator, with a strong attention to customer service to be a part of a fast-paced team. Our daily duties vary from customer needs, space needs & events needs. In this position it will be critical to be a great teammate, with the ability to work on cross-functional teams. This individual will work closely with Security, Space Planning, Facilities, Workplace Events and Guest Services teams to deliver successful outcomes.
