Our client, an Am Law 50 firm with a significant presence in Atlanta, seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join its Complex Commercial Litigation team. ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful attorney will have 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including working with expert witnesses, depositions, discovery responses, briefs, and trial preparation.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience with expert witnesses, depositions, and trial preparation
- Clerkship experience preferred
- Trial experience is a plus
- Must be admitted to practice in Georgia or willing to waive into the Georgia Bar
- Large law firm experience preferred
- Strong academics required
