Brooksource is seeking a Junior Cloud Transformation Technical Analyst to join our Fortune 500 banking client in the Charlotte, NC area. As a Technical Analyst, you will be joining the client's Engineering Technology and Operations group. This position is ideal for recent graduates from universities or boot-camps, veterans, or individuals with up to one year of professional IT experience and a long term interest in technology.

Logistics:
- Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- First year salary: $62,000+
- Start Date: October 2024

Daily you will:
- Drive Cloud 2.0 projects, including private cloud solutions, and the creation of strategic roadmaps and dashboards.
- Develop and optimize Power BI reports, flow diagrams, Jira workflows, and SQL queries.
- Identify opportunities for automation of manual tasks.
- Receive training in Agile methodologies and Jira to enhance project delivery.
Top Skills Needed:
Excellent team player with good organizational, communicational, analytical, and logical skills.
Proficiency with Excel Including macros
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
Nice to Haves:
Experience with Jira, Jira Roadmap or related tools
Experience with Power BI or Power Automate
Experience with JQL or SQL
Experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology
