Overview
As a Senior Project Manager at LIFT, you will play a pivotal role in the management of internal resources, program delivery and project profitability at a performance marketing focused creative agency. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities
Program delivery and management:
- Develop and manage creative project timelines, ensuring all resources are delivering on their individual tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Manage projects from start to finish in Basecamp, including project setup, resource and task assignments, etc. - ensuring all trains are running on time and within budget.
- Manage freelance creative resources, ensuring assignments are clear, time spent is logged accurately, etc.
Financial management:
- Manage to target margins on individual projects, ensuring that projects are scoped accurately, resource assignments made accurately, time tracked correctly and delivery is efficient.
- Diligent attention to project margins in real-time, adjusting ways-of-working and resource assignments in real-time to ensure target profitability metrics achieved.
- Flagging when deliverables out-of-scope, developing Change of Scope documentation and managing execution of COS in partnership with account manager.
Account operations:
- Leads internal SCRUM meetings to ensure all resources aware of their assignments and priorities
- Takes meeting notes and distributes internally
- Internal file management (Google Drive, Engyte)
- Internal meeting scheduling
Skillset
Production Expertise
- Digital: SEM, SEO, web, digital media, social media (various platforms), email
- Print: Direct Mail and collateral
- Ability to interface and manage the relationship with printer vendor
Soft Skills
- Independent, proactive, experience in project management and production
- Ability to keep creative teams on schedule and on budget
- Proactive; ability to ask the right questions
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in Project Management at a creative agency
- Deep expertise in paid digital / social media asset production
- Proficient in Basecamp

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $110,000 + benefits. This is based on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the candidate, as well as the requirements of the position.
