What you need to bring to this winning team:
- 4 years of aseptic (UHT, HTST) or ESL manufacturing experience (because you’ve got this dairy thing down pat).
- A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but we won’t judge if you’re a self-taught cheese enthusiast).
- Familiarity with food regulations (FDA, USDA, and alphabet soup agencies).
- A continuous improvement mindset—think Sherlock Holmes meets Six Sigma.
