Telecom Instructor
Richardson, TX (onsite)
6+Month Contract
Responsibilities:
Teach courses for existing FNC products (hardware and software) as an Instructor.
Required to develop a detailed understanding of the function and operation of Client products and to keep this knowledge updated.
Prepare, setup and deliver lectures, workshops, labs, and assignments using various teaching methods and tools.
Assess and evaluate student performance, progress, and learning outcomes using quizzes, tests, projects, and portfolios.
Provide constructive and timely feedback to students and address their questions and concerns.
Collaborate with other instructors, coordinators, and staff to ensure the quality and consistency of the courses and programs.
Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in your field.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant field of study - equivalent work experience will be considered
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferably in the telecommunications industry
A strong command of the subject matter and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students of different experience levels.
Independent/self-reliant, team player who can adapt to change quickly.
